Biography

The daughter of Thomas Taylor and Elizabeth ???, Ruth Taylor was born in around March 1795. She was baptised in Corscombe, Devon on 6 April 1795. ^[1]

She married William Elliott in Bridport, Dorset on 15 April 1821 ^[2]

They had eight children, all born in Bridport, Dorset:

William, Ruth, dau Ruth and son Samuel can be found in the 1851 census, living in Bridport. ^[3]

She died in Bridport in early March1856, and was buried on 10 March 1856. ^[4]
