Charles Taylor was born in Hoo St Werburgh, Kent, England.
Charles Richard Taylor[1] was christened 13 June 1889 with the name Charles Richard Mount at St Werburgh's in Hoo, Kent[2]. The christening only gives the mother's name and states that he was illegitimate. He was the son of Eliza Caroline Bramble (1860-1928) and the father was most likely to have been Stephen Mount (1854-1921).
Charles Taylor died young.
Charles died in infancy aged 2 months[3] and was buried 19 June 1889 at St Werburgh's in Hoo, Kent[4].
