Biography
James Teal is a part of US Black heritage.
James was born to Thomas Jefferson Teal and Eliza Bell McMullen in 1880. He passed away in 1909.
Find A Grave lists his birth year as 1878, however the 1880 census lists his age as six months of age in June of 1880. I believe the correct birth year is 1880.
