I'm the administrator of the TATE YDNA PROJECT at FamilyTreeDNA. There are two members in the project in the group labeled R1b - Lineage 1 who trace to John Harbor Teat, a grandson of William Teat Sr. One the two has done BigY testing and has the terminal SNP FGC32555. The other has not done BigY testing, but has done single SNP testing to establish he has FGC32556, which is two steps back from FGC32555. I am in the same group, but trace to Samuel Tate (b 1731 in Ulster, in VA in 1755, d 1812 Claiborne Co TN) and have the terminal SNP FT188221, which is one step beyond FGC32555. We have not been able to establish a common ancestor.
