Thank you for adding your DNA to WikiTree. Getting the Best from DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
Thank you also for adding a GEDCOM. The GEDCOM does not automatically populate your tree. It generates a GEDCOMpare report which you work through, either accepting or rejecting all suggested matches. Once that has been done, you should see [add] buttons for each of the remaining names.
The GEDCOMpare process guide has tips on how to use the data in your file most efficiently.
For those using Chrome, Opera, or Firefox browsers, there is a tool that can help with the formatting of profiles which have been created through GEDCOM, so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.
I hope this helps! If you have any questions or problems, let me know.
Have fun

If you have not done so, set your Followed preferences to include DNA.
It's not hard to add DNA test information to profiles on WikiTree, just make sure you add the tests to the actual test participant's profile & set the Privacy to private w/ public biography & family tree to show the tester's part of our tree. For help see How to DNA on WikiTree
We also encourage you to join our Google+ Community for DNA discussions, questions & new information.

Also a friendly reminder about adding sources and references to your profile.
