Elsie T Telfer was born in ~1880 in Paddington, New South Wales, Australia. Her parents were John Morris Telfer (1852 - 1938) and Elizabeth (Masterton) Telfer (1858 - 1920).[1]

Elsie died in ~1881 in Paddington aged ~1.[2]
