William Telford was born on November 19, 1806 in Well Ridge, Parish of Askirk,Scotland, United Kingdom, son of William Telford (~1785–~1830) and Elizabeth Clark (~1780– ).
William (33) married Isabella Ruby (23) (born on July 31, 1816 in Scotland) about 1840 in Walton, Delaware.
Their son was William Telford (1842–1915).
William died on April 29, 1879 in Walton, Delaware, New York, United States, aged 72.
