Description

This sticker is for all persons who have been identified as being involved in the American Revolutionary War from 16 December 1773 (Boston Tea Party) to 21 June 1789 (ratification of The Constitution of the United States).

The sticker has one required parameter, unit, text containing either:

  • the category name of the primary military unit served with, or
  • one of the following specified values: Patriotic Service, Civil Service, Loyalist, United Empire, Founding Father

See American Revolution category to find existing military unit categories and civilian service categories for use in the unit parameter.

Note: The unit parameter is designed to provide categorization if the category already exists and is named correctly. If the category does not yet exist, the profile will be categorized to a 1776 Project Maintenance Category for review.
