SHUBAEL TENNEY, born in Bradford, Mass., Jan., 1739-40, son of Daniel and Ann (Coleman); married Martha Noyes, who died 29 Jan., 1840, aged ninety-six years. Residence, Bradford, situated one-half mile above the church, on a four-acre house-lot, and owning sixty or more acres the opposite side of the street; a farmer. The present house was built by his son, Captain William, and is now occupied by Mr. Henry Morse. Mr. Tenney and wife united with the church 23 May, 1773. He died 8 Dec, 1823.
