Biography

James Newton Tenney was born on September 7, 1859, in Jackson, West Virginia, to Jemima Westfall and Chester S. Tenney. James Newton Tenney died in 1934 in Jackson, West Virginia, when he was 75 years old and is buried in White Pine Cemetery there. [1]
