Biography
Caroline was born in 1821. She passed away in 1840. [1]
Christopher Tilden married first Nov 25, 1837, Caroline, daughter of Archie and Susanna (Jones) Tenney. They were married in Marlborough, New Hampshire. [2]
They settled first in Fitchburg, then came to Marlborough [New Hampshire] to reside April 1840. He worked for several years at shoe-making, and then turned his attention to pail-turning which business he followed many years. He had two children with Caroline, George (1938) and an infant daughter who died in infancy. His first wife died Aug 12, 1840. [3]
