Biography

Sarah Tenney was born 20 September 1656, in Rowley, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of William Tenney (bef.1616-1685) and Katherine (Marston) Tenney (1622-1700).^[1][2][3]

Sarah married John West (1661-abt.1733) on 22 July 1687. ^[4][5]

The couple had two children, born in Ipswich:

1. Elizabeth, d. John and Sarah, July 31, 1688.
2. John, s. John and Sarah, Feb. 25, 1690-91.

Sarah Tenney West died before 1697, as John married for the second time Elizabeth, the widow of Thomas Atwood, on 9 September 1697. ^[6]
