Daniel was born 3 Sep 1888 at Shady Point, Sugar Loaf, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Solomon Terrell and Emiline Ahayotubbee. Daniel passed away 4 Apr 1959 at Shady Point, Le Flore, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Terrell Family Cemetery, Shady Point, Le Flore County, Oklahoma, located approximately 3 miles northwest of Shady Point. Turn west off of Hwy 271 on Latham Road. Go 2 miles then turn north at the cross roads. Go about1 mile. It on the east side of the road on private property. It is fenced but not maintained..[2]
