I leave to my daughter Ruth, ?100. I leave to my son Thomas all real estate, and the remainder of the personal property. And he is to pay to my youngest daughter Mehitabel, ?100. Witnesses, Daniel Petty, Jonathan Barber, John Petty. Proved, March 22, 1739. [3]

Research Notes

Tuttle states Thomas' mother is Mary (Gardiner) Parshall (1684-1725). Currently no record has been found to substantiate that - see research notes on her file.

Terry-2345 and Terry-1532 appear to represent the same person because: clear duplicate, same father same dod. Father Thomas(-1520) had two wives so kids need to be sorted out. This Thomas is husband of Mehitable Tuthill-91 whose Alva Tuthill entry states his mother was Mary Gardiner.
