Charles L. Terry was born on 17 Sept 1900[1] in Camden, Kent County, Delaware,[2] the son of Charles L. Terry and Elizabeth B. Maxson.[3][4]
Charles married Jessica Irby on 30 June 1924 in Jefferson, Texas.[5]
He died on 6 Feb 1970 in Dover, Kent, Delaware.[4][1] He is buried at the Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, Dover, Kent, Delaware.[6]
Marriage in Texas seems a bit out of place. The record is most likely correct, the name combinations of Charles L. Terry and Jessica Irby is a rare combination. It is possible that Charles had military service or university in Texas when he was married.

Additionally, Jessica's parents died in Jefferson County, Tx, the same place as her marriage to Charles. This lends credence to this being the correct record.
