Biography

Roy was born in 1889. He is the son of John Terry and Annie Keat. Graduated from Portland High School in 1906. Graduated from University of Oregon in 1910, and from Harvard Law School in 1913.

He served as an attorney and campaign manager for his uncle Gus Moser, his law firm, and Moser's run for Oregon Governor. He served overseas in the French artillery trenches in WWI, before being brought back home as an artillery instructor. He served as a Portland deputy city attorney. He provided pro bono legal services for his cousin John Angus.

In 1945 his residence was at 4546 SW Humphrey, Portland In 1947, at 2783 SW Montgomery Drive, Portland
