Emma was born in 1829. She is the daughter of Edward William Terry, broker of Sloane Square, and his wife Elizabeth Ann Moulton, who married in 1825 in St Saviour, Southwark, Surrey, England.[1] She was christened on 14 Jun 1829 in St Luke, Chelsea, London, England.[2]
Emma Terry married Edgar John Oliver in 1852 and their marriage was registered in Holborn, London, England.[3]
