Seth Terry was born about 1840 in Ohio. He was the son of Robert Terry and Julia Morse. In 1850 and 1860 he was living with his parents and siblings in Starr Twp., Hocking County, Ohio. [1][2] On September 8, 1861, Seth married Elizabeth Annabelle (Belle) Vore in Hocking County, Ohio. [3] By 1870 Seth and Belle had moved to Spring Valley Township, Cherokee County, Kansas, and were raising three children. [4] By 1880 the family had moved back to Hocking County, Ohio. [5]. In 1900 Seth and Belle were still living in Starr Township. [6]
Seth Terry passed away on July 22, 1905 in Montgomery County, Ohio. [7] He was buried in Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. [8]
