Biography
George Herbert Thake was born in September 1875 in Saffron Walden, Essex, England to George Thake and Emily Cowling.[1]
George Thake migrated from England to Australia.
He arrived at Maryborough, Queensland, Australia with his family on the "Indus" on February 26, 1876.[2][3]
George passed away on August 4, 1896 in Brisbane.[4]

THAKE.—In loving memory of Georg Thake, who died at Brisbane Hospital, August 4, 1986, aged 21 years and 1 month. Inserted by his father and mother.
He was buried on August 5, 1896 at Brisbane General Cemetery in Toowong.[6]
