Biography

Benjamin Thayer was born April 16, 1744, in Mendon, Worcester County, Massachusetts, the son of Aaron and Jemima Thayer.[1]

Benjamin Thayer, of Mendon, married, firstly, Sarah Bosworth/Bozworth on October 29, 1767, in Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.[2]

He married, secondly, Ruth Alden on December 12, 1793, in Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.[2]

He died on June 29, 1826, in Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, aged 82 years.[3][4]
