Biography

Micah was born in 1749. ^[1] He was the son of Micah Thayer and Mehitable French.

Micah Jr married Priscilla Orcutt in 21 Jan 1775 in Braintree, Mass. ^[2] Her parents were Benjamin Orcutt 1707–1764 and Tabitha Cooke 1719-1764

Second marriage to Martha Harmon 2 Dec 1791 in Braintree, Mass. ^[4] Her parents were William Harmon 1735-1807 and Lydia Faxon 1731-1829 They had at least two children:

1. Thadeus
2. Martha

He passed away after 1805. There is no date on his Memorial and was not able to find his will in probate, unsure of death date. He seems to appear in Randolph in the 1800, 1810, 1820 Census, but disappears by 1830. Between 1825 and 1827, Micah's son Micah drops the Jr. in his land transactions.
