Abraham was born in 1819. Abraham was the child of Henry Thomas. [1]

Abraham married Caroline Youtz on 26 January 1842 in Washington, Maryland, United States.[2]

In the 1850 census Abram (age 30) was in Mount Morris, Ogle, Illinois, United States.[3]

In the 1880 census Abram (age 60), Retired Farmer, was recorded as widowed in Mount Morris Township, Ogle, Illinois, United States.[4]

Mt Morris; born in Washington Co., Md., April 17, 1819; son of Henry and Catharine; came to Ogle Co., 1845; married Caroline Youtz, who was born March 11, 1819, daughter of William and Catharine Youtz; married in Washington Co., Md.; children --- Harriet C., born Oct. 27, 1842; William H., Dec. 25, 1844; James F., Oct. 3, 1846; Geor. L., July 27, 1850; Charlotte C., Dec. 4, 1852; Howard H., Sept. 4, 1854; Arabella E., Dec. 15, 1857; Mr. Thomas has been Commissioner of Highways and Town Assessor for several years; his wife is a member of Lutheran Church.
