Biography

Jessie (Thomas) Pavloff was born in Glyntaff, Glamorgan, Wales.

Jessie Thomas was born in 30 November 1901 in Glyntaff, Glamorgan, Wales and her birth was registered in the March quarter 1902. ^[1]

Note that her mother's maiden name of WATKINS confirms the history of her mother, Lizzie Thomas, as described in her profile.

In the 1911 census Jessie (age 10), School, was the daughter of John Thomas in Rhondda, Glamorgan, Wales. ^[2]

Jessie (age 28), daughter of John Thomas, married Matthew Pavloff on 23 March 1929 in Bedwas, Monmouthshire, Wales ^[3] and they had three children together:

• Maxim Pavloff born 1930 in Newport;
• Matvey Pavloff born 1932 in Newport; and
• Mavra Pavloff born 1936 in Newport.

In the 1939 register Jessie (age 37), Unpaid Domestic Duties, was recorded as married on Brook Bungalow Pandy Road, Bedwas and Machen, Monmouthshire, Wales. ^[4]

Jessie's husband Matthew Pavloff passed away aged 53 on 16 August 1943 in Brook Bungalow, Pandy Road, Monmouthshire, Wales.

Jessie Pavloff passed away aged 89 in the October quarter 1991 in Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan, Wales. ^[5]
