Joseph was born in 1844. He is the son of Rees Thomas and Fanny Walley. [1] He was baptised on the 11 February 1845 at the Lydney Chapel. [2]
Joseph is listed as a scholar, even though he is only six years old, in the 1851 Census[3]
Joseph died in July 1860. [4]
His burial service was held at the Lydney Chapel on the 12 July 1860. [5]
