Elizabeth Thomas (married name Hurlow) was born about 1855. She is the daughter of Richard Thomas and Jemima Thomas.

1881 Census. Williamston, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Elizabeth Hurlow, 24, born Begelly, Pembrokeshire, Wales, was living with her husband and their three children at Williamstown. William Hurlow was a 40-year-old Grocer, born Jefferston, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Their three children, all born Begelly, were: Richard Thomas Hurlow (6), Agnes Elizabeth Hurlow (5) and William Augustus Hurlow (3). ^[2]
