Philip was born in 1792. Philip, son of John Thomas & Elizabeth, was baptised on 19 August 1792 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England.[1]

He married Ann Baker in 1819 in Hereford, St Owen, Hereford, England.[2] Their children, baptised at St Owen, Hereford, included:
