Mary Ann Thomason was born in 1855 [1] in Warrington, Lancashire, England, the daughter of George Thomason and Elizabeth Brobbin.[2]
In 1861 she was living with her parents and 5 siblings in William Street, Warrington. Her father was a labourer; her mother a cotton weaver. [3]
In 1871 she was living in School Brow, Warrington with her parents and 3 sisters. She was a fustian cutter. [2]
She married Allen Yarwood on 21 December 1879 in Latchford, Cheshire.[4]
In 1911, she was living with her husband and 3 children at 6 Clifford Street, Leigh, Lancashire.[5]
