1745 is probably too early for him to have been born in Westmoreland County, PA. An online Geni profile gives as his death place Beaver Creek, Lancaster Co., PA which is more likely to have been his birthplace.[2] Also the death date is different: 29 Feb 1780 versus 9 Dec 1795.
