Biography
Charlotte Alice was born on the 14th May 1882 in Dublin Ireland[1] and baptised on the 7th June 1882, the daughter of Charles Thompson (gunner) and Caroline Thompson nee Floyd.[2]
In 1901 Charlotte Alice was working away from home as a servant, but her parents were lodging with Albert Edward Owers, his wife Lily and their children at Chiswick, Middlesex, England.
in 1905, at the age of 23, Charlotte Alice "Fleet" had a daughter by Albert Edward Owers, Ruth Fleet who was adopted.
