Maria (Thompson) Hilford was born in Kent, England.
Maria (Thompson) Hilford migrated from Wales to New Zealand.
Maria was born about 1830 in Kent, England. Her parents were William Thompson (a sergeant in the Imperial Army) and Marion Struthers.[1]
In 1854 Q3 at Haverford West, she married Robert Hilford.[2]
The family lived in Pembrokeshire, Wales until emigrating to New Zealand in 1865.[3]
She passed away due to heart disease 2 Jul 1908 age 78, at Waikiekie, Northland. She was buried at Waikiekie Public Cemetery.[1][4]
