Charlotte Thompson was baptised at St George in the East, Tower Hamlets, London, on 21 Aug 1842. Her father was John William Thompson, and her mother was Harriet. Charlotte Thompson married John Kirby at St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, on 12 May 1861. Their son Francis John Kirby was born at Stepney, London, in 1861. Charlotte Kirby died at St George in the East Union (a workhouse), Stepney, on 24 July 1911.
