Evelyn was born in 1914. She was the daughter of Clayton Thompson and Martha Heritage. She passed away in 2006.
Evelyn Theisen, 92, of Brewerton, NY, died Wednesday, October 25, 2006, at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, Fla. Born in Swedesboro, NJ, she had lived in Brewerton for over 65 years. She was a member of Ft. Brewerton O.E.S. and was an avid bowler and gardener (dahlias). She was predeceased by her husband, Bruce Theisen, in 1999. Surviving are a daughter, Dottie Majerus of Lacona; a son, Fred Theisen of Vero Beach, Fla.; a brother, Adelbert Thompson of Mickleton, NJ; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two nephews. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, October 30, 2006, at the WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 631 So. Main St., Central Square, NY, with burial in Belle Isle Cemetery, Warners, NY. Calling hours will be 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Brewerton Volunteer Ambulance Corps., US Rt. 11, Brewerton, New York 13029.
