Frank was born to Albert Thomsen and Josephine Schety or Shade on August 28, 1881 in Altravis, or Grand Rapids, Michigan. [1]
Frank is not listed with his parents who were living in Wauwautosa during the 1900 Federal census. His father was born in May 1852 in Switzerland, and his mother Josephine was born in April 1849 in Switzerland. His father was a stone cutter by profession. [2]
Frank was listed in a boarding house in Milwaukee, WI in the 1900 Federal census. He was working as a day laborer. Living there with him was an older brother: Henry "Thompson" age 20 (Frank was listed as 18) and born in Switzerland. It reads that he was also working as a day laborer and immigrated in 1880. [3]
The 1905 Wisconsin State Census shows him as a single man living with his parents in Wausautosa in Milwaukee County. The Census was dated June 1, 1905, a few days before his wedding to Rose. The household included: [4]

At the age of 23 he married Rose Wehner from the St. Lawrence area of Washington County, WI. They married and lived in Milwaukee Wisconsin where he died shortly after the marriage began. [5]
He died in 1905 in Milwaukee. [6] He was buried in Union Cemetery in Milwaukee Wisconsin. There is no photo on Findagrave. The profile lists his death as July 1905, less than 2 months of his wedding to Rose. [7]
