Biography

William James Guilding Thomson, the child of James Thomson and Margaret Baxter, was born 9 November 1858 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was a partner in the insurance firm Thomson & Devlin. He lived in Halifax at Fernwood with his family. William died 12 October 1928 in Halifax and was buried in Camp Hill Cemetery.
