Biography

I have been doing family history research since 2000 but I have had an interest in it since 1994. I have worked hard to build a tree for the generations that come after me that is accurate and had source documents to prove my findings. I love the thrill of the search and am always looking for more relatives. I have done research for several other people as well as myself and currently have a membership to ancestry world so that I may view all of the records available. I have some other information sources for Canadians to research their families as well. I love to help where I can and all information is kept private unless permission is given otherwise. I look forward to getting in contact with other members of this site so that we may make it the best and most complete online family tree!

Hello Rianne, the England Project has changed the way that "Category:England Project" is used. Previously it identified England Project Members, now it is a category for the England Project Free Space Pages and admin pages.

I would be very grateful if you would remove "Category:England Project" and also "Category:United Kingdom" from your personal profile. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.

Many thanks, Jo, England Project Leader

I don't know how to remove myself from this project or any project for that matter. Could you please send me instructions on how to do this. Sorry I do not use this site, I find it to hard to navigate.

I am working on the Cobers, my grandmother was a Cober. She was Solomon's daughter Eliza. I am new to this site so I am a little lost.

I was wondering if you would be interested in sharing information.

Hi Rianne,

I haven’t heard back from you about the break up of the United Kingdom Project. I hope all is well with you. I assume you don’t wish to join any of the country-level projects at present, and will go ahead and remove the United Kingdom badge. If you wish to join England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland in the future, you would be most welcome to do so via the respective G2G sign-up post.

Many thanks for all your contributions,

Susie :-)

Hi Rianne,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Susie

Hello Rianne,

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Coordinators Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member. We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know. If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction. Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it. Michelle~ Volunteer Coordinator

Hi Rianne,

On behalf of the Connectors Project Leaders, we are doing a six-month check-in with members. Please let us know if you are still active. If you are active, please let us know in which ways you are currently contributing to the project.

All of us at WikiTree would like to thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Michelle ~ Volunteer Coordinator

Hi Rianne

I left a message on your profile regarding the England Project about a month ago, but I do not seem to have heard back from you.

Please indicate if you still have an interest in joining the England Project by leaving a message on my profile or sending me a PM. If I have not heard from you in 7 days I will assume you do not wish to be involved at this time, and will remove your name from our list.

You would be most welcome to join in the future if you wish.

Thank You,

Wendy

Hi Rianne

This is Wendy, England Project coordinator for Integration.

I am just checking in with you to see how things are going.

I haven't seen you around the project recently, which may be for a number of reasons, but I wanted to check that everything is ok.

Are you happy with what you are doing in the project, is there something I can help you with to make you more comfortable, or have you changed your mind about being involved?

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you integrate into the project.

My apologies if we just missed each other.

Thank you

Wendy

Welcome to the Connectors Project! Be sure to check out the Connectors project page to see some of what we do, our To-Do lists which have folks who need connected to our Global Tree, and please add the connectors tag to your G2G feed. We've also got a great sub-project, Connectors Chat, where we talk about what we're working on and where we'd like to help out. If you're new to making connections and want some simplified connections to work on, look at our Connecting Buddies page. Thanks for joining us!
