Biography

John was born about 1728 and was most like the son of Samuel Thorn and his second wife Esther.^[1]

He married his first wife Anne Dean, daughter of Nicholas and Deborah Dean about 1750,^[1] John and Anne had three sons who were named in his Will^[2]:

After Anne's death, John married a second time. Children from his second marriage were^[2]:
