Research Notes
Josseph Thorne had apprentices he was of Sturminster Newton Castle, County of Dorset , cooper Geo Spicer was apprenticed 28 July 1795 Also Thomas Young 14 Aug 1792 Wm Chin 24 June 1785 and Wm Kingsbury 15 Sep 1787 The Find My Past transcription has his name as Joshua. Looking at the original on Ancestry his name is written as Jos with a small h above which I believe is Joseph.
