Biography

Dorothy was born in 1921, the daughter of Alfred Hebley Thorne and Clarice Charlotte Jones.[1]

She married Aubrey Fenwick Izzard in 1941.[2]

Her husband, Aubrey served in the Royal Canadian Air Force in the Second World War and was killed in action in 1942.[3] She later married Morley Charles Gordon Anderson, another Canadian military pilot, who passed away in 1956.[4]

She passed away about 2017 and was buried in the Valley View Memorial Gardens in Surrey, British Columbia.
