Hi!

How are you? I'm Guy a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well - if you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

Check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide to get you started.

Don't forget our G2G Forum where many of our generous members help each other out.

And I'm here to help too, just ask!

Thanks, Lee Ann. You are now a member of the WikiTree community. Welcome!

Options for getting started:

Key Concepts:

1. Sourcing makes the difference between genealogy and mythology.

2. In order to build one collaborative tree, each person must have only ONE profile.

Let me or another Mentor Team member know if you have questions.

Hi, I'm Lee Ann and I've just met my biological mother at 49 years of age. After a couple of days of researching I've found over 80 direct descendants and so far 12 convicts, one First Fleeter. This is, so far, only on my mother's side. A couple of weeks ago I didn't know any! I would love to help update other people's family trees with the knowledge that I already know and will find out.
