Biography
Robert Thorold was born in Lincolnshire, England.
Robert was born in about 1620. He was son of Robert Thorold and his wife, Katherine Roper.
He married Catherine Knollys (the daughter of Sir Henry Knollys) before 1653.
Upon the death of his father he succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Thorold, of Hawley, co. Lincoln [E., 1644] in about 1660.
In 1692 imprisoned in the Tower London for high treason.
He died in about 1695.
