He married Dorcas Gay, daughter of Edward and Rebecca Gay, on December 9, 1718. The marriage was performed in Boston, the marriage record says "of Wrentham". [2]
They settled in Wrentham and raised their family there. Their children were:

Samuel
Per the Thurston Genealogies, Thomas "was a selectman of Wrentham, Massachuetts, 1726 and 1735, [and also] perhaps in the intervening years; was Deacon in the Congregational Church." [3]
Thomas passed away on May 25, 1755 in Wrentham. [4]
