DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Madeleine by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
Mitochondrial DNA test-takers in the direct maternal line:
Terriot-114 and Thériot-86 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same parents, same birth. Death is different, but Terriot-114 is unsourced and I haven't been able to find any Madeline Terriot/Theriot with a death in 1888. According to DGFA there is only one Madeline in this family, and her information matches the profile of Thériot-86. According to the Acadians project standards, Thériot is the correct LNAB.
