Biography

Mary Elizabeth Tidwell was born February 1851 to John Tidwell and Charlsey Day in Perry County, Alabama.

She married William Andrew Wallace on October 19, 1870 in Union, Louisiana.^[1] Their children were:

1. Olive Blanche “Ollie” Wallace
2. Nancy Dena Wallace
3. William Benjamin Wallace
4. Ella Orlene Wallace
5. Mary "Mollie" Gertrude Wallace
6. John Howard Wallace^[2]
7. Isiah Franklin "Frank" Wallace ^[3]

She died, at the age of 31, in 1883 in Louisiana. She is buried at the Willhite Cemetery, Downsville, Union Parish, Louisiana.^[4]
