Thanks for all the work you accomplished during our Connect-A-Thon 2020. It is amazing how many more profiles were created and added to our Shared Tree. You have every right to be pleased with your efforts!
Please remove the category: Team membership as it is not a category. If you are part of a Cleanathon team, please use, instead, that team's name (look for it first to see if it is already a category).
Thanks so very much for your participation in the spring Clean-a-thon! Every suggestion you cleared (over 100!) made our Tree that much better. The WikiTree community appreciates YOU!
I hope you are saving the date (4 Oct - 7 Oct 2019) for the annual Source-a-Thon. Registration is now open. Head to the G2G for the registration post. I'm really excited as this is my favorite Thon. I hope that you are joining us in the fun again!
I'm a fairly new WikiTreer, but have been doing family history for many years. In looking at the Connect-A-Thon, your name showed up with a goal of Hodges, and said you needed help. I'm probably not doing this right, but will make this statement.
I have information on Hodges families in Goochland County, Virginia in the 1700's, mostly mid- to late-1700's. I don't know how to proceed with help. The Hodges married into my Page family, who left Goochland County in the 1790-s, so I have no recent Hodges. My Page ancestor moved first to Spartanburg area of South Carolina for a few years, then to Cumberland County, Kentucky. My branch moved to Cole/Moniteau County, Missouri, on to Henry/Cass County, Missouri. I seem to remember a few Hodges along the way. How can I help?
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.
