Thanks for volunteering!

WikiTree requires that we be ourselves; that way we know who we're talking to. For more privacy use "Anonymous" or an initial as your preferred first name. Our naming conventions are here Name Fields.

Some want to build a tree beginning at a point other than themselves. If so, you will still need your own bare-bones profile, and then you can add unrelated people.

Please send me a message if you have questions.

Greetings Tienken!

I am happy to congratulate you for becoming a full member of the WikiTree community! To help save you time, energy and frustration, please start with our New Member How-To pages.

Click the green Tag on your top right of your profile page and see others following the same things you are researching. The more Tags (20 is the maximum) you add that include locations, periods of history or other genealogical interests, the more links to the community research options.

Welcome to the WikiTree family! Please ask if you have any questions as I am always happy to help.

Hello!

The confirmation for WikiTree Guest access comes to you as an email, so you need to check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find the email, a new confirmation email can be generated at E-mail confirmation problems. This is all a process for the WikiTree server to become acquainted with your email server and vice versa so the computers can route the emails properly, so this process is primarily done by the machines with a little help from you. Please let me know if you have any questions about this or anything about WikiTree.  :-)
