Biography

Emmett Tiffany was born about 1853.

Emmett married C. E.

Emmett was the county prosecuting attorney for Kingman County, Kansas.

Emmett was editor of the Wichita Commoner newspaper. He then moved to Fort Scott, Bourbon, Kansas, where he owned and published a populist newspaper, the Fort Scott Lantern.

Emmett's wife C. E. was a suffragette.

Emmett left on a business trip to Mexico in June 1898.[1] He passed away from yellow fever on 19 December 1898 while on a trip to Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.[2]
