DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Tim by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Tim:

You might want to set your Privacy to Private with Public Family Tree. The WikiTree programming needs to see your Family Tree tab to make DNA and other cousin connections for you. Please take a look at my profile http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cooper-1 where I use Private with Public Biography AND Family Tree to see a list of some of my WikiTree cousin connections and my list of U.S. Presidential cousins.

Welcome to the 1776 Project (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:1776), a subproject of the Military and War Project: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Projects#Military_and_War_Project

There are category links to add to your ancestor's profiles and research links to learn more about your family. The Project is a good way to consolidate the WikiTree ancestors with historic connections to the years of 1773 (Boston Tea Party) to 1789 (ratification of the U.S. Constitution.) All patriot, loyalist, Hessians, French, Native Americans or any other profiles with a connection to these years should be linked to an appropriate category in the Project.

If you haven’t already, please set your preferences for your Tags Followed to include 1776 Project and any other tag terms that you wish to follow: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following

Some categories have a template (SAR) to add at the top of a biography. If not, add a category link by putting the category name such as

for those who bore arms in the Revolution and
Tim Tiffin served during the American Revolution

We have a Elizabeth A McCulloch who seems to be about the right age who died in Oklahoma.

I sent you a Elizabeth A Stanphill earlier.

If you put in the last name of McCulloch in findagrave and look for those who died in Oklahoma

I meant to say Sarah Francis not Sarah Jane. Now if you go to www.familysearch.org and put in the last name only McCulloch. Then put 1830 to 1850 then click residence as Oklahoma you might find Sarah's father because he had to be living in Oklahoma at that time to have Sarah born in Oklahoma.

What I did was put in the last name of Stanphill between the time of 1830 to 1840 Sarah Jane's mother had to be about that age if Sarah was born in 1862.

Then I click residence (Oklahoma). Familysearch then showed all the Stanphill living in Oklahoma at the time.

They all seem to come from Pumpert Stanphill. Sarah Jane's mother had to have some native blood.

It appears that Pumpert Stanphill in 1880 this family lived in Jones County, Texas. They came to the Choctaw Nation to what was Jackson County at the time but is now Bryan County, Oklahoma. His wife was part Choctaw Indian.

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=37165643 William L his son did not appear to look like a full blood native American.

So, we have Julia L Stanphill

Mary J https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XVZP-VZL Annie Elizabeth Stanphill https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XVZK-M2W

Now to find which one married a McCulloch

Julia L Stanphill

possible mother

William too was Choctaw By Blood.

So all the Stanphill that I have found living in Oklahoma at the time were native american

A Charles E Stanphill:

Both of these men were native Choctaw By Blood

I would say these two were brothers. Yes on findagrave the one was a brother to William. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=60579546
