Biography

Roy was born on 26 June 1914 at Paradise, South Australia. His parents were William Frederick Tiller and Olive Linda Jones.[1]

He married Elizabeth Gall on 9 July 1938.

He passed away in 1982 and is buried in the Cadell Cemetery Cadell, South Australia, Australia.[2] [3]

Wedding Dates The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Gall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Gall, of Waikerie, to Mr. Roy William Tiller of Waikerie, will take place at Scots Church. Flinders street, city, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 9. A reception will be held at Birks' Piccadilly.[4]

RECENT WEDDINGS Tiller— Gall The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Gall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Gall, of Waikerie, to Mr. Roy W. Tiller, of Cadell, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Tiller, of Waikerie, was celebrated by the Rev. N. L. D. Webster, at Scots Church, Flinders street, city. During the signing of the register Mr. Harold Tidemann sang 'Thy Heart Ever Faithful' (Bach). The bride wore a frock of white taffeta dentelle Anglslse made with a high, cowl neckline and diamante clips on the shoulders, and merging into a long train. The white tulle veil was gathered into a close fitting cap trimmed with orange blossom Two bridesmaids. Misses Ruth Tidemann and Margaret Phillips, were dressed alike in blue georgette over satin with shirred bodice, Medici collars and puff sleeves. The bride and bridegroom have gone on a motoring tour of the eastern States.[5]
