General Notes: Newspaper obiturary:"Leopold, Mrs. Herman (Elsie T.) -- age 80, of 1732 Laurel Ave., died Saturday at the Swedish Convent Hospital in Chicago while visiting. She was the wife of the late Herman Leopold. She was a member of Fort Sanders Baptist Church where she taught the Friendly Sunday School Class 20 years. Survivors: daughters, Mrs. William F. Hutson, Northbrook, Ill., Mrs. H.E. Orr, of Knoxville; three grandchildren Edward Orr, Robert Hutson, Janine Orr. Graveside funeral services 3 p.m. Wednesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers: Jack Kranen, William Goodwin, Robert Crawford, Rufus Lewis, Andrew Hutson, Roy Keith. Family requests that friends make memorial contributions to the Childrens Hospital in Knoxville. Family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mann's, Bearden."
