Leonard Tilley is Notable.

Leonard Percy de Wolfe Tilley, the son of Sir Samuel Tilley and Alice Chipman, worked as a lawyer in Saint John before serving as an MLA for nine years. In 1931 he was appointed Minister of Lands and Mines and two years later became premier.

He married Laura Tremain Richardson in 1903; they had two daughters and a son.

He died of myocarditis at Saint John General Hospital in 1947.
